How much does it cost to sell a home?
There are a few costs involved with selling a home, the largest of which is usually real estate fees. When you use a Sellers Advocate, the fee is usually included in the agents selling fee. This is not always the case as some advocates charge an additional fee.
Stamp duty is not payable when you sell a home, only when you buy.
Marketing is a completely separate fee to the selling fee and is usually payable to third parties such as internet portals, photographers etc.
